We figure these answers out and more together in an intro call, but here's what happens after you get in touch:

  1. After you submit your form on the Get Started page, your Intro Call and first Training Package dates will be scheduled via email reply. Intro Calls are for all new clients and any existing client we haven't seen in more than a year as well as existing clients who have a new pet.

  2. Once you select dates, Tanzi will send your paperwork and invoice in 2 separate messages and you have 2 business days to return them.

  3. Once both paperwork and invoice payment are received, you will get a Gmail calendar appointment message with your Zoom link, but the dates are released automatically if you don't return both. 

  4. After your Intro Call, your Training Package will be billed and confirmed. So, you will have a chance to make sure you like working with Tanzi before committing to a package.
